(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TAIHAPE, this day. A serious accident occurred to Norman Gowdy, aged nine, sod of a Ruanui settler, yesterday. He was bucked off a horse, and his feet failed to get clear of the stirrup-iron. The horse lacked him into the air, fracturing his skull seriously. The boy was brought in this morning about 15 miles, and was sent on to the Wangaaui Hospital. He has not regained consciousness.
