(Received 8.45 a.m.) LONDON", April 18. The death is announced of Dr. James Harrison Rigg, Wesleyan Minister and journalist. Dr. Rigg was born in 1821, and was the son of a Wesleyan minister. He entered the ministry in 1845, and was twice president of the Wesleyan Conference. His ecclesiastical writings constitute a small library in themselves, the most important perhaps being the centenary life of Wesley, entitled "The Living Wesley." He was for 15 years editor of the "Quarterly Review/-
