A LAND AGENT'S BANKRUPTCY.
A seventh meeting of creditors in the assigned estate of William Henry Aghan was held at the office of the Official Assignee yesterday. The business of the meeting was to elfuer confirm or Rescind a motion carried at a previous meeting, as follows: — "That on j conditon of Mrs. Aghan either handing over to the Assignee equity in lots 1 and 2, Block 40, Surrey Hills Estate, or a sum in cash of £300, within a month froni date, the creditors do not further oppose the bankrupt's discharge." After some discussion the proposal to rescind the resolution was carried, and it was agreed to place the matter ia the hands of the Crown Solicitor.
