BERESFOSB'S REPORT. SECURING SUPREMACY. LONDON, April 13. According to the "Daily Chronicle," Admiral Lord Charles Beresford (who has just retired from the command of the Channel Fleet) has sent Mr Asquith a State paper embodying his views on defects in the navy, and the conditions necessary to secure maritime supremacy.
