FRENCH NAVAL INQUIRY.
DEFECTIVE WARSHIPS. PARIS, April 12. M. Delcasse's Commission of Inquiry into the Navy, visited the battleships Justice and Liberie, and found the boilers in a lamentable condition, necessitating re-boilering work.
The French Dreadnoughts were considered satisfactory, but the committee found a grave and dangerous neglect in connection with the melinite stores in the workshops.
