THE BRAYBROOK DISASTER.
MELBOURNE, April 8. The Departmental Board of Inquiry into the Braybrook railway disaster, which occurred on April 20 of last year, and was attended with heavy loss of life, found Engine-driver Milburn guilty on each of five charges preferred against him, and Driver Dolman, Firemen Tomlinson and Debeii}', and Guard Darcy not guilty. Stationmaster Kendall was found guilty with a recommendation to mercy. Milburn and Kendall were dismissed from the service, with the right of appeal. The others are to be reinstated.
