Easter Monday, 12th April, the Postoffice is to be open to the public in all branches, excepting money order and savings bank, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Mails usually despatched on Fridays are to be closed on Thursday night at 7.45 p.m On Monday the mails usually despatched on that day will close at 8 a.m There will be a special clearance of street receivers, commencing at 5 p m ou Thursday. Letters intended for despatch by mails closing at 8 a.m. on Monday should be placed in street receivers before 11.30 p m on Sunday night. There will be no deliveries by letter carriers on Good Friday or Easter Monday There will, however, be a full delivery oti Saturday, and the office will be open for an over-connter delivery on Thursday and Saturday nights, between 7 and S pm.
