CO-RESPOHDENT TO PAY £2000.
Mr. Walter Samuel Lucns. rubber merchant and cycle factor, of Birmingham, has ■been granted in London a decree nisi for divorce from his wife, Elsie Maud Lucas, ou the ground of her mlscouduet with Mr. Antonio Marco Georgetti, formerly a partner in the business, and said to be domiciled now In New Zealand. There was no answer to the suit, and counsel announced that damages to the amount of £2000 hed been agreed upon between the parties — £1000 to be held by two trustees on behalf of the children and £500 to be paid to the husband. His lordship ordered'the amount to be paid into court ■within, ttuee months.
