WIDE MARGIN OF SECURITY. SCRUTINY OF THE POWERS. (Received 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, March 30. The "Westminster Gazette" commends the Government for adhering to the Nava! Estimates. It emphasises, however, th« need of a sufficiently wide margin of se curity to save Britain from the perpetual scrutiny of her neighbours. "We must," the article continues, "re place the present fleet by Dreadnoughts in a longer or shorter time. We cannoi natter ourselves that we have any supe rior resources enabling us to make uj lost time if we delay too long."
