I hereby give notice that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908," and Its Amendments, the Grey Lynn, Borough Council, at a Special Meeting convened for that purpose, and held within the Council Chambers on Monday, Sth day of March, 1909, resolved a 3 follows :— "That for the purpose of providing Interest, Sinking fund, and other charges on ' a Loan of £12,500, authorised to be raised by the Grey Lynn Borough Council, under the provisions of the 'Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1903,' and its Amendments, for the carrying out of Grading, Levelling, Formation, Metalling, Kerbhrg, and Channelling of the Streets and Roads within the limits of or bounding the said Borough of Grey Lyuu, also the Purchase of Stove Crusher and Engine, the said Borough of Grey Lynn Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of Seven-sixteenths of Oue Penny in the Pound on the Unimproved Value of all ratable property in the Borough of Grey Lynn; and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such Loan, and be payable half-yearly on the First day of April and October in each and every year during the currency of such loaji, being a period of 33 years, or until tie loan Is fully paid off." Notice Is also hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held In the Council Chamber on MONDAY, the 12th day of April. 1909, at 7.30 p.m., for the purpose of Confirming th-o said Resolution.
