At the Supreme Court to-day, William Boult, charged with having received cattle at Runanga, knowing the mto have been stolen, was found not guilty. NAPIER, this day. At the Supreme Court to-day Herman Langsdorf was convicted on two charges of false pretences and sentenced to three year.*'. The prisoner's police record extends over a very considerable period. William Middlemies was convicted bt an aggravated assault on Hugh Bands at Kaikora, whereby the letter's jaw was broken. Accused ■was admitted to twelve months' probation, being ordered to pay the costs of the proiecution *nd £20 to Saads,
