(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLIXiTTOX, Wednesday. At the final meeting of shareholders in the Manawatu Railway Company yesterday it was decided tha-t £250 eacli be paid to the local directors and the London agents, and the auditors to the company were voted a bonus of £250 each. It was then formally resolved that the company Le wound up voluntarily, and Messrs. J. Kirkcaldie and \V. M. Hannay were appointed liquidators. The chairman announced that next Wednesday the sharewarrants would be available at the company's head office, and warrants for country settlers would be posted tTiat day. The remuneration of the liquidators was fixed at £1000. exclusive of all charges.
