(By Telegraph. —Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Tuesday.

The Supreme Court sessions were continued this afternoon. A youth named John William Garner pleaded guilty to forging a school certificate, and was admitted to probation for 12 months. Alan Brown, a young man, charged with having committed a criminal offence on a young girl, was found not guilty. The charge against Wm. Davidson, of having caused, actual bodily harm to John Crockett, was heard, and the jury returned a. verdict of guilty of common assault. A fine of £20 was imposed, to be paid forthwith.
