PARIS, March 16.
A general strike is in progress among *fhe Trench postal, telegraph and telephone employees, it being alleged that the trouble is due to oppressive and tyrannical regulations.
Business in many centres is at a standstill, and 20,000 telegraph messages pie blocked. Messages between Paris mid England are greatly delayed..
