HARVEST THANKSGIVING. Harvest thanksgiving services were held by the Rev. H. Knowles Kempton in the Baptist Tabernacle, Upper Queenstreet, yesterday morning and evening. The Rev. A. North conducted harvest thanksgiving services in the Fonsonby Baptist Church; Rev. E. A. Kirwood in the Grange-road Baptist Church, and Rev. A. Doull, M.A., in St. David's, Khyber Pass. V.M.C.A. BIBLE CLASS. The V.M.C.A. Bible Class held a rally yesterday afternoon. Mr. Horace Perry presided. Mr. Hector Maclean read a paper, "How we can make our Eastercamp a power for good." ST. PETER'S BIBLE CLASS. A meeting of St. Peter's Bible Class wqs held yesterday. Over forty members wer present. " The life of R. J. Seddon " \fras the subject discussed. A debate was opened by a. paper on the subject by Mr. A. C. A. Sexton.
