■ BUI IN THE COMMONS. (Received 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 14. lie bill introduced by Mr. Brigg, liberal member for Keighley, Yorkshire, dealing with the sale of intoxicating liquors on Sundays in England, was read a second time in the House of Commons yesterday by 244 votes to 59. Mr. Asquith announced his intention to bring- the measure at a later stage into iarniony with the machinery of last pax's Licensing Bill.
