(Received 10.20 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. jfr fisher, Premier of the Common--ealth states that he is unable to see that the Premiers' Conference has made step in advance of anything done before. Tie Premiers practically wanted the Braddon clause continued, with a guarantee of a minimum amount. If .the seieme -were carried out it would ipbble the Federal Parliament for all time.
