REGISTERED LETTERS MISSING
I ! BRISBANE, October 13. i The Deputy-Postmaster-General states jthat two of the Aeon's mail bags arrived in a state of pulp, 51 registered letters being missing from the Queensland portion. The Postal authorities have received a cable from Wellington stating that 20 registered articles are missing from the New Zealand portion of the mail. (Received 9.55 a.m.) BRISBANE, this day. Good general rains are falling.
