THE GOLDFIELDS.
WATTANGL An e___or__ary general meeting of shareholders in the Waitangi G-M Company was held at 11 o'clock this morning in the Chamber of Commerce, when Mr. C. Hudson presided. The business u-3_ to confirm the' resolution passed at a previous meeting, winding up the Com}Kvny and reconstructing on a basis of 11 shares, paid up to ss. The name of the new Company is to be Waitangi Consolidated, No Liability, ■with a capital of £100.000 in £1 shares. The chairmar moved that the special resolution be confirmed, which was agreed to.
