That Article No. 123 be amended by striking out the word "Fourteen" In the sixth line, and inserting 'the word "Seven" in Hen thereof. 3. That In Article. No. 85 the word '•Seven be deleted, and the word "Three" be substituted. , - Any other business, which, under the Articles of Association, ought to be transacted at the Ordinary Meeting.
