FLEET'S BALTIC VISIT.
■' . ■ REHEARSING AN ATTACK. GERMAN PRESS EXCITED. A RIDICULOUS ACCUSATION. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyrient.) (Received 9.15 a.m.) "" BERLIN, June 18. _ The approaching visit of fifty-three British warships to Christiania and Copenhagen is exciting the German Press. A section of the Press accuses Britain of practising land manoeuvres in the Baltic preparatory to attacking Germany, in conjunction with Russia and France. The visit of the fleet to the Baltic is to follow the manoeuvres to commence this week, when the whole of the Home and North Sea fleets will be at sea for the annual manoeuvres, all fully manned, the plan of attack and defence being a most comprehensive one. The visit, is one of courtesy following that of the King to Norway and Denmark last month.
