ARBITRATION AND STRIKES.
The Arbitration Court has included in its recent award respecting the dispute between the waterside -workers and their employers the folio-wing provision to deal -with "strikers":—"The Union shall do all in its power to prevent any strike by any of the workers affected by this award, and if any strike shall occur in "svhich any members of this Union 3hall take part, such strike shall be prima facie evidence there the Union lias committed a breach of its duty hereunder. The Court reserves full power, in the event of any such strike occurring, to suspend, on the application of any of the employers, the operation of all or any provisions of this award for such period as the Court shall think
