FINLAND'S RIGHTS.
DOUMA OPPOSES INFRINGEMENT. ST. PETERSBURG, May 29. The interpellations in the Douma regarding Finland have been dropped. All the members, with the exception of the Extreme Right, emphatically oppose any infringement of the Finnish constitution.
