AQUATICS.

The Victoria Cruising Club hold their General handicap race in the harbour to-morrow (Satuftlay) afternoon. The race is timed to start at 2.45 p.m., handicaps given at the finish. A mark boat has been placed off Judge's Bay to take the place of the Southern Cross. The following are the handicaps:— Emerald, scratch; Alva, smin.; Seagull, lOniin.; Lena, llmin.; Doreen, llmin.; Colleen, llmin.; Why Pot, 12min.; Wanderer, 13min.; Hetty, 17min.; Kamo, 19min.; Eona, 20min.; Encounter, 20min.; Orangi, 21min.; Rose, 25 mm.; Rawhiti, 32min.; Roma, 37min.; Bronzwing, 40min.; Ventura, 41min.; Success, 42min.; Countess, 44min.; Fairy Belle, 45min.; Rio, 45min. ; Estrella, 4Gmin.; Thetis, 50min.; Kamu, OOmin. No fair play men are necessary. The, aourse is as per programme: Twice round. NORTH SHORE YACHT CLUB. The following are the entries and handicaps Jor the above club's race to Waiwera to-niorrow afternoon. The race starts from Victoria wharf at 2.30 sharp:—llex, off wind scratch, on wind scratch: Heartsease 6m, sm; Wairere, 13m, ISm; Thistle, 15m, 20m; Yum Yum, 20m, 30m; Hildii, 20m, 35m; Olympia, 20m, 35m; Mabel, 22m, SSm; Rosina, 25m, 30m; Maru, 26m, 40m; Spindrift, 28m, 45m; Ranee, 35m, 60m; May Bell, 37m 55m; Kaho, 37m, 60m; Rhona, 35m, 70m; Encounter, 40m, 60m; Ethel, 45m, 68m. The finishing line will be between yacht Heartsease and the island. Times will be given at the finish. If the wind is unsuitable for laying at Waiwera the race will be declared off.
