Voluntary Liquidation. LONDON, March 28. In connection with the petition for the compulsory winding-up of the shipbuilding firm of Sir James Laing and Sons, after Mr. Hugh Laing's frank explanatory evidence, Messrs. Barclay and Co., bankers, withdrew their application, and agreed to voluntary liquidation.
