Evidence Against Biniznln. DUBBAN, March 27. < Mr. Daniels, Dinizulu's late secretary, < [testifies that Dinizulu in 1902 summoned chiefs and headmen from all parts of ' Natal and Zululand and that the latter 2 formally installed him as king. ' Mr. Daniels added that during the late : rebellion Dinizulu gave orders that -women and children must not be killed. *
