MOORS' FRENCH PRISONERS.
BESOTTED BY YACHTSMAN. ANCIENT STAGE TRICK IN HEAL LITE. (Received 9.3 a.m.) LONDON, March 27. The release of the French sailors captured on the Balein at Cape July, in Morocco, was due to Lord Mountmorris, who inveigled the leading tribesmen on board of his yacht and detained them until the crew were liberated.
