Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of tne Tamakl West Road Board, held on the thirteenth day of July, a resolution was passed applicable to _-»« portion of the Tamaki West Road District, known as St, Helier's Bay Township, being the whole of the land shown on plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland as No. 410, providing:— For the construction or alteration of every privy or closet other than a water flushed closet so that one of its sides shall be an external wall, and that the pan must be removed and replaced from the outside, also that each and such privy ot closet shall be provided with a removable water-tight metal receptacle made in accordance with such model pan or pans as may from time to time be determined by the Board, and approved by the District Health Officer. A copy of the proposed by-laws is deposited in the Road Board Office, Tamaki West, and also at the Post Office, St- Helier's Bay, and will be open for inspection from the 24th day of July, 1907, until the 17th day of August.
