VICTORIAN .JUDGE'S DEATH.

MELBOURNE, July 18.

Judge Molesworth, of the Victorian County Court, who had just obtained six months' leave of absence, died on board a steamer, on which he was bound for Queensland on a health recruiting trip.

[The Hon. Hickman Molesworth, who was born in Dublin sixty-five years ago, was only a judge in bankruptcy, although he was appointed Acting Supreme Court Judge in 1891.
