Mount Eden-road aud Mount Ros-kill-road, to their junction with the Epsom and Mount Albert-road, in accordance with the levels adopted for the proposed tramways thereon, the Metalling of tbe same to the full width, the Formation, Kerbing, Channelling, and Ashing of tbe Footpaths on both sides of such Main Roads; the Formatica to its full width of Belle Vue-road at a point opposite St. Barnabas' Hall, the Formation of Sherbourne-road from Its junction with Belle Vue-road to the Northern Boundary Line of A'lotment -ISa abutting thereon; tlie Formation of Bellwood-avenue to its full width between Mount RoskiU -road and Marlboroughstreet, and the Kerbing and Channelling of the recently-formed Footpath In the Epsom and Mount Albert-road.
