Overlong.—James Lodder, for allowing a vehicle of which he was the driver to remain standing in Karangahape_c_«_d for a longer space than was reasonable, was fined 1/ and costs.

Alleged Theft.—A youth of about eighteen years named Charles Trenwith was remanded for a week on a charge of stealing from Louis Lovich a sum of £5 10/ on June 23.
