ENEMIES TO RAISUI/L
T2SJBESMEN TO HELP IN RELEASE. (Received 8.33 a.m.) MOROCCO, July 10. The Tangier correspondent of the " Times " states that the principal men of several important tribes have visited the Moroccan Commander-in-Chief, have declared that they disapprove of Raisuli's treachery, and have expressed their willingness to assist in the release of Sir Harry Mac Lean.
MOROCCO, July 10. Raisuli has severely reproached -Said Sir Harry Mac Lean (whom he recently captured) for bombarding his home and hounding him out of the district. The captive is kept completely isolated.
[Raisuli, in reproaching Sir Harry Mac Lean, is holding him responsible for the military operations conducted by the Moroccan Government against the brigand forces.]
