LONDON, July 10. _Ar__ur Alfred Lynch, convicted of ™gh treason in 1903,. has been granted a fee. pardon.
V Colonel" Lynch, member for G-alway t2__-was adjudged guilty of high treason in February, 1903, for having taken up arms with the Boers against the British; and was sentenced to death- The Een tence was subsequently commuted to c__. of imprisonment for life.]
