FERGUSON'S MINING- AND * SMELTING COY.
Tbe directors of tbe Ferguson's Mining and Smelting Company have allotted the whole of the 20,000 shares wbich were offered for subscription. The applications exceeded the quantity offered. The company will thus have funds provided for getting the smelter erected at ~ Waionio, and starting operations, the plant having already "been ordered on the guarantee of the directors.
