'" The eighth, week of the competition promoted by the North Island Egg-laying Competition Association, Ltd., at Cambridge, was concluded on Friday, 28th Jnne, ISO 7. The number of eggs laid daring the rw-eek was 1186, being an advance over any (previous week of 196. Total number of eggs laid since Ist May is 5761. Highest laying for the week: —Mrs J. H.
