LONDON, Jury 1. Benter's -Simla correspondent reports fat the Indian Press and public are infignant over the terms of the new mail "Etraefc between Great Britain and Mia. They complain that no provision is nude for the progressive diminution cf the voyage, and that there is no pro>iol>y which India will benefit from im{rorabents in marine propulsion.
