INDIFFERENT ELECTORATE. ST. PETERSBURG, November 9. Most of the electors appear to be indifferent over the elections for the Douma, and the reason is that the Gov- ; crnraent is determined to restrict tneir freedom of choice. Only the supporters of the Extreme Left and tne Extreme Right are displaying any activity in the matter.
