APPROVES OF THE CONVENTION. (Received 9.58 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. In the course of an interview with Mr. Deakin Captain Rason (British Commissioner in the New Hebrides) spoke very favourably of the new agreement, which would, he said- contribute to the material welfare of the group.
