Householders aro hereby notified that all House- Refuse must be kept in a sufficient and suitable receptacle ot Iron of such size as shall not contain'more than 2 cubic feet each, and securely covered with a lid. The quantity of house refuse removable by the City Council's Refuse Carts Is not restricted, and more than one bin may be used if required. " Tins and other similar material of a non-combustible nature from workshops, factories, etc., must be deposited at a suitable tip approved of by the City Engineer, and will not be removed by the Cornell's Carts. The deposit of refuse in gullies in the City is strictly forbidden, and any person so offending will be prosecuted. It is specially requested that information of nny such deposit be promptly furnished to the To-jn Clerk, so that action m*y be taken to stop the practice. HENRY W.
