(Br Telcgapi..—P_e__ _u_kx__o_| __SC____SEOUS. NAPIER. Friday. At the Supreme Court to-day George .Walter Dickenson was found guilty of i perjury after a second trial, and was remanded for sentence. William Edward Dickenson, also charged with perjury, was found guilty, with a strong recommendation to mercy, and was admitted to probation for 12 months. NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday.. At the Supreme Court Mr. Justice Edwards granted orders for the restitution of conjugal rights in the cases of Espiner v. Espiner, and Randall v. Randall, husbands' petitions. A decree nisi was granted in the case of Hawes v. Hawes, husband's petition. CHRISTCHURICH, Friday. At the inquest on Arthur George Raffells, who dropped dead from his bicycle yesterday, a verdict of death from heart disease was returned. NET .SON. Friday. At the Supreme Court ibis morning a Blenheim case, a civil action, J. J. Corry v. Clouston and Co., claim for £3000 for alleged "vrongful dismissal, was commenced. Plaintiff's examination lasted the whole afternoon, and «va__ not concluded. The case will probably continue over two days, as a large number of witnesses are to be examined.
