(Received 10.52 a.m.)
LONDON, March 23.
| The Master of the Rolla has reversed Mr. Justice Joyce's decision in the case ■of Mrs. Kenneth Grahame and Miss WiniI fred Thompson against Mr. Justice F. ■ Moulton, recently one of the Lords- ! Justices of Appeal, and their step-father, on the ground that they clearly regarded themselves as standing towards the defendant in the relation of children to i parent, and did not expect to pay for their maintenance out of their mother's , estate.
[In this long-standing case the King's Bench Division decided that Mr. J. F. Moulton. XC (as he then was), was not compelled to support -his step-children..
