IRISH CRIMES PROCLAMATIONS REVOKED.
LONDON, February 7. The Government has revoked the proclamations issued by the late Ministry under the Grimes Act (Ireland).

LONDON, February 7. The Irish Nationalist members interpret the revocation of the proclamations under the Crimes Act as a prelude to the repeal of the Coercion Act. ■
