All that area in the Auckland Land District, comencing at the Northern Point of Section number 2 of the Parish oi Manurewa, In Tamakl Rivrr, bounded towards the North East generally by the waters of the Tamakl River and a creek to the Northern Boundary of Section No. 53 of the Parish of Pakuranga, and by the north m and eastern boundaries of that section, and the southern boundaries of Sections Ngs. 54, 55, 125, and 126 oi the said Parish to the south eastern angle of the latter section. Towards the south ast generally by the western boundaries: of Sections Nos. 25 and 33 of the Parish of Manurewa, thence by a right line to thfenstern angle of a subdivision of Clendon'sGrant containing 115 acres 1 rood and 24 porches, and by another right line from that angle to the road at thp south western angle of the subdivision aforesaid thence northerly, south westerly, and southerly by that road to the south eastern j;rigle of subdivision No. S. and thence by the southern boundary of section 8 aforesaid, and by th* said boundary produced on a right line to the Puhinui Creek, and by that creek to Its mouth.
