RUSSIANS AT BISADVANTAGE. (Received 7.27 a.m.) LONDON, October 18. Tie -war correspondents in the field emphasize the circumstance that the outcome of the numerous bayonet encounters has shown that the weight and size of the Russian troops has proved generally ineffective against the fierce energy of the Japanese.
