REMUERA SHEEP FAIR.

As indicated in yesterday's brief note regarding Messrs Rockland and Sous' sheep fair -at Remuera. good prices realised for .satisfactory anim-als. Very poor sheep sold as low as 3/. while the top figure for wethers was 16/. Lambs ranged in price fron; as low ~s 1/. for very young ones, up to 1 v each, which figure was paid for a fine pen of 21. About 300 rams sold, although in some cases the owner's reserve was wit readied. Lincolns sold up to three guineas although one or two/fetched much lower fiffures.
