RACING NEWS.
This morning all the Cup horses were out aud worked lightly on the tan. "Wairiki finished tour furlongs fast, and 'Hinetaura spurted home fast over about three furlongs. Treadmill was at 3 to 1 for the Auckland Cup to-day. Buluw.-tyo. tile Southern pony, was measured at Kllerslie aud passed under the standard all risht. On Saturday afternoon some interesting schooling work was recorded at Kllerslie. Lingaril and Frances Lovejoy ran a mile and a-half over hurdles outside the trestles in 3.3. Khama ami Major took 3.6, Spalpeen and Trcsham 3.8. and Val Kosa and Crespiu 3.13 to cover the same course.
