(Before Mr 11. "W. Brabant, S.M.) Dismissed.—John Thorpe was charged with assaulting Alexander Williams at Elierslic on September 28th. Mr Burton appeared for the prosecution, and Mr J. v>. Martin defended Thorpe. After hearing the case His Worship said that it appeared that the parties met at the stable ot accused on the evening of the Ata acu> as the result of an argument, a rough ana tumble tight took place.
