SUPREME COURT.

A short sitting of the Supreme Court in bankruptcy was held this morning before His Honor Mr. Justice Conolly. Motions for orders of discharge were granted in the bankrupt estates of the following persdns, no opposition being offered to the applications: Joseph Conder (Mr. McGregor, instructed by Mr. Buckland), Samuel Phuir (Mr. McGregor, instructed by Mr. Nicholson), Paul Bock (Mr. Colbeck). A motion for annulment of bankruptcy was granted in the estate of Henry Foulke Gotz (Mr. Kenrick), on the ground that he had paid 20/ in the £1 in his own private estate and in the estate of the firm, McClelland & Gotz.
