At the Police Court this morning, before Messrs Wilson, Renshaw, _nd Findlay, justices, James Thomas, alias James Trevarthen Bray, was charged With forging and uttering an order for. 15/, purporting to be signed by Jolm McLoughlin. Sergeant Clark prosecuted, and Mr Clendon defended accused. Lengthy evidence was given by several witnesses. The case had not concluded at the midday adjournment. ,
