The North German Lloyds placed the mammoth liner Grosser Kurffurst at the disposal of the Government for the reception of 100 distinguished guests, the company to treat the guests as their own. The Government accepted the offer. Mr. C. P. Layard, Attorney-General for Ceylon, represents that colony. One hundred West Australian troops will come over in the Britannia., j"
